It is a collection of magazine articles from a well respected building magazine that cover different building techniques. And there he lives in a kind of no man's land -- not quite Amish and not quite Englisch -- feeling as displaced as any refugee.
Lavina bears the burden of David's rejection. I am a Christian, and so I was not offended by the Christian rhetoric in it, but it was so unnatural it made me embarrassed for Christianity in general. This is a so-so book. e4 (or 2. (I have promised to loan him the book as soon as I finish the rest of Week 9!)
It remains for me to add I felt 'renewed'! This is an experience I recommend to anyone, it will enrich you!
By all means this is a 'keeper'!
