Through this book I understood exactly what the tour guide was saying and why she was saying it. The subjects of this book are, after all, famous because of the music they wrote, not because of their personal eccentricities or the number of women they slept with.. But then I played one of Bach's famous Minuets, and discovered an error in the notation. Good luck. The theology/doctrine of this book is excellent, all God-centered and not 'Armenian' ! It even lays out the 'hard to grasp' stories for children such as 'born again' in John 3, the woman @ the well, etc. I enjoy the fresh ideas. Born in 1686, he was educated at Cambridge, eventually taking a teaching position there in addition to being ordained in the Church of England. I'm placing this in the box to my granddaughter right now!
