This book talks about your gut and how it affects your health, what happens inside our gut, what might happen to you if your gut health is weak, signs of unhealthy gut, how your mental health affects your gut and vise versa, how to improve your gut health to improve your overall health, and lots more. Crafted nicely and very accurately by one of the country’s best young sportswriters!. I looked at the % of what was left and thought to myself great, it's only 93% enough to give a good closure. I did not believe the h could have survived much of what she goes through, which makes me go, "Huh?" which takes me out of the story.
