A tremendous health resource.. Many of the big names 'online' would have us all believe that to successfully grow your business, you just need to follow their 'blueprint.' In truth, marketing and selling your expertise is a highly nuanced set of skills. I am amazed at how much information the author has provided while still making the book readable. Pretty decent text book.. I am going to have to look for another edition and hopefully will find the pieces correct.. Amazing book! Especially if you work in Government and want to be inspired on how to change things.. I just got this book and I'm very glad I did.
