Not only are we all a product of what we put into our body and system, but having good balanced nutrition can affect our mental health as well. It's hard to imagine that anybody buying this book needs to read part I. It's really in-depth, easy to read and clearly presented. He never had a chance if he stood in trial either. For those wanting more, buy a second text that deals with darkroom etc. For me, this is too contrived and it happens too late. I bought the book to get specifics and this book was not a good choice. In the end, it was a monument of Late Classical learning and scholarship. Received on time and as described!. Sadly this is a horrible representation of the Agile method. This book was fun, fact-filled, and a real delight to read, even for me. Very creative.
