Kishwar's tome is as much for the sceptic as for the realist. It has a lesson in rationalism for those who feel that laws are often toothless when it comes to fighting injustice. It also offers enough meat for a rationalist to chew on. Not only because it offers realistic solutions to issues concerning our society, but because it is sincere in stressing the need for real reform and is an honest attempt to look within the world of activism Kishwar is familiar with for almost three decades now.

These owls are adorable. I came across the book after watching some of the DVDs of the same subject, and decided to take a chance.
It is the real deal. I connected with how bullheaded she is and intelligent as well. Anyone interested in the American Musical Theater - probably the most important contribution to our culture in the last century - needs to read this book.

Only missing piece is more investigation of Arlen's emotional and psychological dynamic and how it may have impacted his marriage.. He thereby does little to discourage readers from fallaciously inferring that if they oppose capitalism they must favor the particular system he is proposing (notice how even the book's title, "Parecon: Life After Capitalism," encourages this fallacy). Good luck. I find it highly informative, and it helped me to put all of the MRA claims and activity that I had come across into
