Editorial : About the Author Paul Hannen has over 30 years of extensive radar and electronic warfare (EW), survivability assessment, modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) expertise. He has taught the senior/graduate level electrical engineering class, Introduction to Radar Systems and the graduate class, Modern Radar Theory as an adjunct professor for the Department of Electrical Engineering, Wright State University.
