I expect a lot from an author and very rarely TRULY love a book. It brought back happy and sad memories of a family, and what it means to lose a beloved parent. He never had a chance to stand in trial in Nuremberg. You just breeze through the pages admiring the photography and the occasional useful insight into the animal kingdomand, believe me, there are a lot of pages. It does have a little information about how to care for your locs as well as your physical and mental well-being, but it wasn't exhaustive by any means. The Formula explains in detail some of the basic concepts of ACIM that we can start applying to our life now to achieve peace and love. It's actually a good book.. I just wasn't into it at that point. He hits the nail on the head with 'Watching T.V.' - remember the death of Princess Diana yearsafter this album's release!
